Public Notice DBE program

The City of Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Springs Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 1.3% for FAA funded contracts/agreements. 

The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 and 2026.

The DBE program, proposed goal, and its rationale are available for inspection by appointment during normal business hours at 115 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80487, for 30 days following the date of this notice. The Steamboat Springs Airport/Bob Adams Field and the DOT will accept comments on the goals for 30 days from the date of this notice.


Comments

Appointments can be made and comments can be sent to the Owner/Airport, ATTN: Mr. Jon Snyder, Public Works Director, 115 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. 

The Airport will begin using the overall goal at the end of the comment period, unless we have received other instructions from the DOT.

Disadvantage Business Enterprise

DBE’s, minority, women’s, and general contractor groups, community organizations, and other officials or organizations interested in obtaining information relevant to the Steamboat Springs Airport goal setting process are encouraged to provide input and feedback.
