The Ice Rink Advisory Committee (IRAC) advises the Parks & Recreation Commission and staff on matters relating to the Howelsen Ice Complex and related programs. The committee meets monthly on select Wednesdays at 5:30pm virtually or in the Parks & Recreation conference room, unless otherwise posted.
