The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting interested and qualified firms to submit proposals to provide professional planning and development services to develop an overall development plan (ODP) certain city-owned parcels in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, known as the Stockbridge Campus.

The ODP will involve existing conditions analysis, developing a community-informed vision for the properties, creating a framework for developing affordable/attainable housing, workforce housing, childcare, older adult services and multimodal transportation across the site.  The ODP will serve as a master plan for the site allowing the City and partners to understand its opportunity for development, and feasibility thereof over time.

The parcels under consideration include 1505, 1605, and through to, and including 1715 and 1707 Lincoln Avenue comprising just over 6 acres.

Proposals must be submitted via the electronic submission on BidNet (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofsteamboatsprings) no later than 5:00 pm (MT) June 11, 2026, as specified on the solicitation notice
