Email City Council, directly to all council members, city manager, city attorney and city clerk.
General Comment for items not on the agenda takes place after staff reports - typically around 6 p.m.
Agenda Item-when that matter is addressed on agenda by council and President asks for public comment.
Proposed Ordinance-requires two readings and public comment accepted each time.
Work Sessions - City Council must agree to accept public comment during work sessions.
