Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) will provide shuttle service between the Meadows parking lot and Bald Eagle Lake starting at 6AM for the 36th Annual Hot Air Balloon Rodeo on July 8 & 9, 2017.

Due to the unique launch location, there is no public parking at the event.  FREE transportation is provided from the Meadows Parking lot on Pine Grove Road by SST, which begins at 6AM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Parking will also be free in the Meadows Parking lot; however, there will be a suggested donation of $5 per car to help insure the longevity of the most colorful weekend in Steamboat Springs.

Spectators are encouraged to walk, ride their bikes or take the shuttle due to the event's convenient location on the edge of town. Parking along Highway 40 is strictly prohibited. No dogs are allowed at event site due to balloon hazards. Bike parking will be available at the event site and smoking is also prohibited.

A comprehensive schedule of events for the Balloon Rodeo and Art in the Park can be found at www.steamboatchamber.com.
