The City of Steamboat Springs is making available the mulch from recycled Christmas trees. The mulch is located to the right of the entrance of the Howelsen Ice Arena at 285 Howelsen Parkway. We ask that only residents and homeowners participate. PLEASE NO CONTRACTORS OR COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS. First come first served. Participants will have to load their own vehicles.
