The Department of Planning and Community Development has made changes to the Planning application fees effective January 1, 2015.
The most notable change is that the department will now be charging a fee and requiring an application for the following:
Development or Improvements Agreements associated with Final Development Plans or Final PlatsSubstantial Conformance ReviewZoning Verification LettersAdministrative Vesting Extensions
Other changes include:Pre-application fee increasePUD fee increaseDevelopment Plan and Final Development Plans Increase to base fees Decrease in square-footage fees for projects less than 10,000 square-feet Decrease in multiple variance fees Conditional Use fee increaseMinor Adjustment fee increaseWaterbody Setback fee decreasePreliminary Plat multiple variance fee decreaseLot Line Adjustments and Eliminations fee increase
