[ARCHIVED] New Planning Application Fee Changes

The Department of Planning and Community Development has made changes to the Planning application fees effective January 1, 2015.

The most notable change is that the department will now be charging a fee and requiring an application for the following:

Development or Improvements Agreements associated with Final Development Plans or Final Plats
Substantial Conformance Review
Zoning Verification Letters
Administrative Vesting Extensions

Other changes include:
Pre-application fee increase
PUD fee increase
Development Plan and Final Development Plans
Increase to base fees
Decrease in square-footage fees for projects less than 10,000 square-feet
Decrease in multiple variance fees
Conditional Use fee increase
Minor Adjustment fee increase
Waterbody Setback fee decrease
Preliminary Plat multiple variance fee decrease
Lot Line Adjustments and Eliminations fee increase
