[ARCHIVED] Local Residents Needed To Serve On Planning Commission and Yampa Valley Housing Authority

Guide Steamboat’s Future!

Citizens of Steamboat Springs who are passionate about the future of our community are encouraged to apply to serve on one of the following boards and commissions:

Planning Commission (One Regular and One Alternate 3 year positions)
Commissioners work with staff and City Council to guide planning and land-use decisions throughout the City of Steamboat Springs.
Members of this commission receive a Howelsen Hill Ski pass and a Haymaker Golf Pass.

The citizens of Routt County are invited to apply to serve on the:

Yampa Valley Housing Authority (Two Regular 3 year positions)
The County and the City are seeking two representatives of Routt County (which will be appointed jointly by the Steamboat Springs City Council and the Routt County Board of Commissioners) to serve on this Board. Members guide policy and management of affordable housing resources in our community. This position will serve until December 31, 2017.


Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
