[ARCHIVED] Community Recycling Drop Off Day this Saturday, October 4th at Howelsen Hill

Yampa Valley Sustainability Council will be hosting a “Community Recycling Event” at Howelsen Hill on Saturday, October 4th starting at 9:00 a.m. and will be accepting a wide range of recyclable items including electronics, fluorescent light bulbs, yard waste, scrap metal and more. The drop off event is for residential recyclables only (no commercial materials) and they will be accepting items between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. These are strict opening and closing times, so please observe.

One load is accepted per household and no trash, mattresses, furniture, particle board, or painted, stained or rotten lumber will be accepted. Some items will require a fee to be taken.
