The Bear River Bike Park is closed temporarily through September 19th in order for Routt County Riders to make improvements to the park. The City of Steamboat Springs requests that everyone stay out of the area during this time for their own safety and so that the work can be done quickly. Improvements will include completing the return of the free ride downhill jump line.
Volunteers are encouraged to come down each Wednesday from 5:15pm to 8:15pm to help with trail maintenance and improvements. Instruction and tools will be provided, see the Routt County Riders website at www.routtcountyriders.org for more information.
