STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-April 3, 2023-CityView, the portal for many municipal services for the city and the Routt County building department, is not functioning properly and will not currently recognize property address searches. Otherwise, the software is working fine for all other functions.
The public portal will not permit individuals to search for a property by entering the physical address, instead all portal users must enter the Parcel Identification Number (PIN) for the property. Make sure to enter the physical address under the work description for any permits, applications, license, or special events you may be applying for on CityView.
The city has contacted the vendor for software support and is working to have the property search function back up and functional as soon as possible. The city will release an update once this addressing issue is resolved.
