The City of Steamboat is excited to now offer online sales tax filing through Xpress Bill Pay. Beginning immediately, businesses with a City of Steamboat Springs sales tax license will be able to file and remit monthly, quarterly, or annual sales tax returns online.
Filing can be completed through Xpress Bill Pay at the website www.xpressbillpay.com. This is the same bill pay system that City of Steamboat Springs utility customers currently can utilize for their online utility payments.
Letters are being sent out to all licensed vendors providing them with an individual online filing PIN number as well as full instructions on the filing process. Vendors are able to pay via either ACH or a credit card.
The City is excited to provide a simple, convenient and secure method for our vendors to file their City sales taxes!
