New City Hall & Fire Station

The Deputy City Manager is overseeing the project to build a new downtown City Hall and Fire Station. The project will transform a two-block section of downtown into a civic campus which would serve the community for decades to come.

Located on 10th Street between Oak & Lincoln, the civic campus with a new downtown fire station and city hall redefines municipal services that bring modern technologies and efficiencies for the benefit of citizens across the City of Steamboat Springs.

City Hall will be moving across the street into Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street. In addition, the secure drop box will relocate to this location. The transition from the current location is anticipated to take place in March.
