Join us on May 28-29 for the 2022 Steamboat Classic Lacrosse Tournament, the 17th edition in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado! This tournament has boys age groups for U10 through High School, with upper and lower divisions available. All teams are guaranteed 4 games ("Festival Style," no re-bracketing).
Yoga on the Green is held Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9 – 10 am throughout the summer, weather permitting. Meet on the Green. Practicing on the Park Green is unlike any class you’ve ever taken. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, delicate gardens and serene pond, you’ll find the peace and stillness is unmatched in the Botanic Park. Please bring a mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Please walk, bike, or carpool to yoga whenever possible as we have limited parking. If you drive, you must park in designated Botanic Park parking spaces. Overflow parking exists on Ski Town Way.

Spirit Challenge – NEW DATE!!!**
The Spirit Challenge offer three different distances, a 10k, 5k and Kid’s Fun Run. All races are on paved roads, except for the 5k which has a short section on trail. The Kid’s Fun Run is an 800m run consisting of 2 laps around the Steamboat Springs Middle School track. The Spirit Challenge is a long standing race in the Steamboat Springs Running Series, and gives runners a chance to get those feet moving after a long winter in the Yampa Valley. Come out and support this fun local race!
Steamboat Springs Cemetery
Local ceremony honoring fallen veterans. In addition to the local ceremony traditions including opening remarks, 21-gun salute, lowering the flag to half-staff and taps. Local organizers plan to do a reading for one soldier from each war that was killed or died from Steamboat Springs and Routt County. In addition, the Boy Scouts place an American flag on the graves of veterans in the cemetery.
With limited parking at the cemetery, attendees are encouraged to use the FREE SST shuttle, which will operate from the Stockbridge Multimodal Center to the cemetery on Monday, May 30. Starting at 9am, shuttle service will run continuously until last bus departs at 10:40am.
