The City of Steamboat Springs City Manager has approved the use of the vacant lot at 400 Anglers Drive (Lot 2 of Sundance North Village Filing 2) for temporary parking in connection with the Fish Creek Mobile Home Park utility replacement and sanitary sewer upgrade project.
The Fish Creek Mobile Home Park construction project requires that portions of the park be vacated of vehicles as crews are working. The City Manager has approved the use of the 400 Anglers Drive property to be used as temporary parking for Fish Creek Mobile Home Park resident vehicles during times that portions of the park are vacated of vehicles. This approval has been granted pursuant to Section 26-40(d)(3) of the Steamboat Springs Community Development Code.
Approval of the temporary parking area has been granted through the completion of the utility replacement and sanitary sewer upgrade project or October 31, 2015, whichever is sooner.
