Ed Briones - At-Large

Ed Briones was elected to Council in 2021 representing the At-Large, a two-year seat. He currently serves as a field maintenance worker for the Mount Werner Water District, and has lived in Steamboat for 24 years.  Though he has never worked in an elected or appointed position, Briones has volunteered for several non-profit organizations.

I knew almost immediately that Steamboat was “home" and I've made my life here in Steamboat having worked in most sectors of our mountain town economy from ski shops and washing dishes at Winona’s to construction and property management.

Briones is focused on housing, outdoor recreation, small business development during the campaign.

In his free time, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog and taking in all of the wonderful outdoor activities available in northwest Colorado.
