The Steamboat Springs Area Community Plan is the visioning document for the City of Steamboat Springs and surrounding areas of Routt County - it is the blueprint for the future. The Plan was originally adopted in 1994 and was last updated in 2004.

Summary of Existing Conditions

As a follow-up to public meetings and workshops conducted in 2011 and 2012, the City and County will be hosting several additional public meetings to obtain feedback on the ongoing plan update. These meetings will include a short presentation and offer attendees the opportunity to provide input on the preferred growth alternative for the community. This is your opportunity to refine the vision for our community.

Upcoming Meetings
Additional meetings will continue to be added to the following schedule.
All meetings will begin at 6:00 pm
  • May 29, 2013 - Citizens' Hall located in Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street (video)
