AdventureBound.png

2017 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION WILL OPEN
MONDAY, APRIL 3rd at 7:30AM.

The City of Steamboat Springs Parks & Community Services Department offers a fun and exciting assortment of youth summer camps.  The activities of each camp are designed to challenge the level of each age group. On trip days, staff target skills for the safe enjoyment of outdoor adventures in the Rocky Mountains.

The Adventure Bound in Steamboat Springs programs have an inclusion program that addresses children with special needs in the least restrictive environment. Parents of such children are asked to call in advance to indicate your child's specific needs and set up suitable programming and staffing. Please read through our Parent Handbook about specifics on participating through the inclusion program.  Required paperwork is listed below.

We will offer FOUR distinct full-day camps for different age groups with varying activities, plus specialized week-long camps and a part-time preschool program. EARLY camp registration pricing, HALF-DAY registration & FULL-DAY pricing will be available. Half-days begin at 10:45 AM, with regular pick-up time (no later than 5:45 PM).  The half-day camp will participate in the same main activity, listed on the activity calendar, as the full-day program.  The half-day option will not be available for our Kindergarten "Thrill Seekers" camp. Half day registration option will end May 12th, 217.

We will be offering four (4) distinct camps at three (3) locations. The Thrill Seekers, Adventurers, and Explorers programs will run from 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM each weekday, Monday through Friday. The Mountaineers will run from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM each weekday. The summer programs will begin on June 13th and run through August 12th.
