YOUTH PROGRAMS
OVERVIEW

The City of Steamboat Springs Parks & Community Services Department offers a wide variety of activities and programs for 5th graders and below. 

Make sure to check out our YOUTH SPORTS programs too!

WHAT YOU NEED:

All families need the following current information on file with the Parks & Community Services Department for children to participate in our programs.  

  • RECREATION FAMILY RECORD for the current year (June 2017 - May 2018)
  • CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS - ONLY if your child is new to our programs OR has received updated immunizations (we do not need new record every year)  If your child is Exempt please complete this form: Colorado Exemption Form

AFTERSCHOOL ACTION | SCHOOL DAYS OFF | ASSET CLUBS | KIDS NIGHT OUT

Our Afterschool Action, School Days Off, ASSET Club and Kids Night Out programs provide fun-filled activities for youth Kindergarten through 5th grades.

SESSION IV (MARCH 13-JUNE 6)

SESSION IV SWIM LESSON WAIVER
 (Registration form available 4/3)
These lessons are optional and are taught as a partnership between OTHS and the City of Steamboat Afterschool Programing.  Kids who are enrolled in afterschool action that day will be transported to OTHS. Lessons take place from 4:30 - 5:15; pick up is at the pool. If your child is not enrolled in afterschool action, it is the parent’s responsibility to transport and  supervise their children on those days.

SUMMER CAMPS
Summer Information & Registration are now open & available for registration 

We offer a fun and exciting assortment of summer camps featuring four (4) full-time camps for children going into K - 6th grades. We also have one (1) part-time summer camp, Mini Sprouts, for potty-trained children 2 1/2 - 5 years old.
