Welcome to the Document Portal for City of Steamboat Springs. This is our digital archive page where public documents are published and available to search for and download.

Currently we are publishing our Current Year Financial Reports and their archives. For any other type of records request please contact the office of the City Clerk.

Instructions for searching:

1. Select the document type you would like to search for from the drop down list.
2. Fill out any known criteria that auto populates when you select the document type.

• If there is a drop down list within the indexes those are the available search criteria
• For the Date Range, you can either search a range of dates or enter in the same beginning and end date if the date is known

3. Use the keyword box to search for specific items contained within the text of the document.
4. Click Search.
5. Your results will be displayed with the document title and information.
6. Use the green View Arrow to bring up the actual scanned .pdf file that you can click to open and view.
