MISSION STATEMENT
To provide the youth of the Yampa Valley an opportunity to earn while they learn, by contributing to community improvement projects.
Crew Structure
One adult Crew Leader, one adult Assistant Crew Leader and eight
Corpsmembers (14 -16 yrs)
Schedule*
Week 1: Monday - Thursday, 7:45 a.m.— 4:15 p. m. Working on City of
Steamboat Springs property including trails, parks and open space.
Week 2: Monday - Friday, Working and camping at project site.

Work Projects
Trail construction and maintenance, weeding, planting, painting, fencing, reclamation, flood prevention, park cleanup and various other jobs.

City of Steamboat Springs, Bureau of Land Management, Med Bow/Routt National Forest, White River National Forest, Rocky Mountain National Park
Pay
$7.52 per hour, approximately $390 per session before taxes.
