Legal Services

The Legal Services Department provides legal services to City Council, City Staff, and City appointed boards and committees. The City Attorney is the legal representative of the City and advises the City Council and City officials in matters relating to their official powers and duties; represents the City in all legal proceedings; prepares or reviews all legal documents and provides legal advice to City staff members.

Legal Services also houses the Municipal Court.
