Information Systems

Information Systems provides technical assistance, network administration, user training and support for all City departments.

It is the mission of Computer Services to plan for and promote the efficient use of information technology to City staff and the public, provide for enterprise-wide information processing services for the City and to deliver quality computer support to all.

It is also the mission of Computer Services to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of computing systems that are responsive, high quality, and cost effective whether departmental or City-wide systems. Information Systems coordinates City telecommunications including computers, Internet access, WAN and LAN systems, and other computer and communication technologies.
