Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Division of Internal Services manages the operations, maintenance, improvement, design, and construction of the City’s buildings and building systems. This Division is responsible for implementation of the City’s Sustainability Management Plan which involves identifying and implementing the most efficient, economical and sustainable methods for construction and operation of buildings and energy systems. This Division is also responsible for operation, maintenance and improvement of the City’s Workforce Housing facility.
