City Manager

The City Manager - Mr. Alan Lanning - is the administrative head of the City and is responsible to the City Council for the administration and execution of all affairs of the City. The City Manager oversees and prepares a complete report on the finances and administrative activities of the City and keeps the Council advised of the financial condition and future needs of the City. The City Manager's office also manages the Human Resources Department, the Public Information office, the Public Access Line (PAL) and the City's website.
