Three Remaining Senior Trips In Season Program

The City of Steamboat Springs’ Parks and Community Services Department has three senior trips remaining in the program. These trips offers a wide variety of exciting activities for anyone 55 or older and include:

A Day in Denver – Wednesday, August 9 

Participants will ride to the Civic Center area of Denver where they will have the opportunity to visit the Art Museum, History Museum, Capital Building and the Denver Library where there will be a quilt show taking place. Participants will get to choose how they spend their day and lunch/admissions are not included. 
  • Leaves at 8AM
  • Cost: $20 (Transportation Only)
Colorado Rockies Baseball Game – Wednesday, August 30 
Participants will enjoy a day at Coors Field watching the Colorado Rockies take on the Detroit Tigers with family and friends. (open to all ages)
  • Leaving at 7:30 AM
  • Cost: $45 (Fee includes transportation and game ticket)
Blackhawk/Central City Casinos – Friday, September 15 
Let’s try out our luck!! Drop off & pick up will be at the Lodge casino. Getting to the other casinos is easy on the free bus.
  • Leaving at 8 a.m.
  • Cost is $20 (Transportation Only) 
All trips are run by the Parks and Community Services Department. Please call Maria at 871-7061 to register or for more information. Remember, participation is limited, and on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early!
